Terms and Conditions 100cui

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the website and all online services operated by 100cui under the domain 100cui.one.
• "User" or "Member" — an individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 100cui platform.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a user to access 100cui services.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a user's account, including real money and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" — credits or additional benefits granted to users in accordance with specified promotion terms.
• "Wagering" — the total wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Responsible Gambling" — the principles and practices of using the platform sensibly and within a user's own means.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the 100cui platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Located in an area where use of the platform is not prohibited by local law.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list.
• Able to make decisions independently and responsibly.

100cui reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time. Failure to comply with a verification request may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is completed.

3. Account Use and Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts. This responsibility includes:

• Ensuring the device used to log in is secure and free from malicious software.
• Not allowing others to access or use your account.
• Notifying the 100cui support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access has occurred.

100cui will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login information. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your own action unless there is strong evidence to the contrary.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

100cui supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

Minimum deposit is RM50 per payment method. Minimum withdrawal is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the method and account verification status.

• Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the system.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed after all wagering requirements have been met and account identity verification is complete.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method bearing the same account holder name as the registered 100cui account.
• Any attempt to withdraw using a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

100cui does not charge any processing fees for deposits. For withdrawals via cryptocurrency, network fees may apply depending on current market conditions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

100cui offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is launched.

200% Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit of up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

General rules for all 100cui bonuses:

• Each user is eligible to receive each type of promotion once only unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — only winnings generated after wagering requirements are met may be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to misuse the bonus system, including transferring balances between multiple accounts, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and action taken against the account.
• 100cui reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules

All games available on the 100cui platform — including online slots, live casino, arcade games, sports and basketball betting — are subject to the specific rules of each game. Users are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) system and cannot be influenced by any external means.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, 100cui will make an assessment based on the stored system records. The management's decision is final.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled after a game starts unless special permission is granted by management.
• Any attempt to disrupt or manipulate game outcomes using software, bots or any other means is a serious violation of these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 100cui platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering more than one account under their own name or using another person's identity.
• Using false information or invalid identification documents during registration or the verification process.
• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any unfair method to gain an advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the game system or promotions.
• Conducting money laundering or using this platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Spreading threatening, defamatory, racist or disruptive content through the platform's communication channels that disturbs other users.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

100cui reserves the right to suspend or close any user account in the following situations:

• The account is suspected of violating these terms and conditions.
• The user is unable to verify their identity within the specified period.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.
• A request by the user themselves to close the account (voluntary closure).
• The user applies for self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling programme.

Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting the 100cui support team. Before the account is closed, users are advised to withdraw all eligible balances first. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 100cui platform operates under an international licence and works to provide a stable and secure service. However, the following matters fall outside 100cui's liability:

• Service disruptions caused by internet service providers or technical issues beyond the platform's control.
• Financial losses arising from the user's own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the accessibility of the platform in certain regions.

Users acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and use this platform at their own risk. 100cui encourages all users to practise responsible gambling and set betting limits appropriate to their own means.

10. Amendments to Terms and Enforcement

100cui reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. Each amendment will:

• Take effect immediately upon publication on the 100cui.one website.
• Be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or to their registered email.
• Be considered fully accepted by users who continue to use the platform after the amendment's effective date.

These terms and conditions are governed by international legal principles applicable to licensed platforms. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intent as closely as possible, while the remaining provisions of these terms continue in full force and effect.
